Requirements:
All voice files must be recorded not shorter than 0.5 seconds (500 msec) & should not exceed the tempo of 140 bpm.
Voicebanks with oto.ini but without aliases and set parameters (i.e.: ,,,,, or 0,0,0,0,) will be considered as "no base oto/premade oto.ini voicebank" and should check Rates/Prices for information.
For other languages, a base oto/premade oto.ini with set parameters (not just 0,0,0,0,0) must be provided. If none is available, we can make one from scratch, but it will be on a "made-to-order" basis.
Voicebanks without .frq files and oto.ini file will have an additional charge if requested (see Rates/Prices).
DeepVocal samples should have 0.05 seconds silence allowance in both ends of the wav file.
